Returns
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. When you received product, kindly shoot a video through mobile during opening the package or box and send video to us as soon as possible if damaged.
- You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
- Certain items, such as custom orders or personalized products, are non-refundable.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved.
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping costs will be deducted.
Exchanges
- We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at crystalempire1123@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
